What is Curious Wines?
Curious Wines is Ireland’s specialist mixed case wine merchant, providing pre-mixed and mix-your-own cases of wines, as well as supplying weddings and corporate gift packs. We provide free delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland for all 12-bottle cases purchased online or from our wine warehouse in Cork.
Do you operate online only?
We supply mixed cases online and from the Curious Wines Warehouse in Cork. All cases can be delivered free anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
What is the minimum purchase?
Our minimum purchase is 12 bottles of wine, any mix. This allows us to offer an extensive range of quality wines at wholesale prices, as well as providing additional benefits such as free home delivery and free returns. We also offer gift packs, where a small contribution to delivery may apply.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in the Republic of Ireland on all 12-bottle cases. For less than 12 bottles, simply add hand delivery to checkout.
Can I amend an order I have already made?
You can add to or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us via telephone to allow us to assist you speedily.
Can I have my order gift packaged?
We have a gift packaging option to enhance your gift sets or any regular 12-bottle cases. Just select the gift-packaging option at check-out, and follow the simple instructions prior to confirming your order.
Can I include a personalised gift message in my order?
For any special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas you can include a personalised message with your gift or case of wine. When you select the gift-packaging option you’ll be given the option to write a personalised message to the lucky recipient.
Can I arrange a specific date and time for delivery?
We deliver 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. If you would like a gift or any case of wine delivered on a specific date you can request this at checkout before confirming your order. For dates that fall on a weekend, we can deliver on the Friday before.
What should I do if I need to return my order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your wine or our service, for any reason, contact us and you can return any item free of charge and we'll give you a full and immediate refund - that's part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We also offer a sale-or-return service for weddings and parties.
