V8+ Sior Berto Cuvée Brut Spumante

Straw-yellow colour with persistent bubbles. The nose offers a bouquet of floral notes with a delicate hint of yeast. In the mouth it is melodious and intriguing, well balanced between a refreshing touch of sour and a pleasingly dry body.

A delicate assembly of selected Pinot Bianco and Prosecco grapes, transformed using the Charmat Method. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified separately and the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks or steel vessels, and is bottled under pressure.
