There's loads to hold your interest in this dry sparkling rosé, but the best part lies in its sheer drinkability.
Grape Varieties: Merlot Pinot Noir
Drink By: 2014
Intensely pink, crystalline and bright in the glass, it is homogeneously interspersed with tiny bubbles that form a creamy froth on the surface. On the nose red elderberry, and in particular raspberry. On the palate it is pleasingly dry and the fruit balanced, with a good bite and fresh acidity.
A delicate assembly of selected Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes, transformed using the Charmat Method. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified separately and the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks or steel vessels, and is bottled under pressure.
